Combined Heat & Power (CHP) Plant for Cogeneration Power Project

Prime Group in partnership with M/s SES Energiesysteme GmbH, Germany can provide turn-key solution as well as supply CHP Plant depending on client’s requirement. M/s SES Energiesysteme GmbH is one of the largest German manufacturers of low and medium capacity CHP plant for power and other industries offering innovative, cost-effective and environmentally-friendly energy systems.

SES Energiesysteme GmbH was founded in 1998 and has rich experience in construction, project planning, module manufacturing, plant construction and customer service. More than 250 sites with appr. 400 modules and generating sets are being serviced by SES Energiesysteme. Deutz Power Systems and MAN Gas Engines are integral part of our CHP systems who are renowned company in their field and stand for quality & reliability.

Energy Cogeneration: Combined heat and power cogeneration technology plays a important role in significant reduction of CO2 emissions as well as keep overall cost down because of its high efficiency. Cogeneration plants with gas engines utilize renewable energies and renewable agricultural products which makes them environmentally friendly.
In CHP plants heat is generated by means of fuels which is first turned into mechanical energy and finally with the use of a generator, into electrical power. During these conversion heat is produced that – contrary to conventional energy production- is not wasted to the atmosphere but is used for heating purposes or as process steam for manufacturing. This results into very low consumption of primary fuels i.e. very high efficiency.

CHP plant produce significantly low greenhouse gases (mostly CO2) as compared to conventional power plants. Also by using bio-mass – such as bio gas, liquid vegetable oils, ethanol, fossil fuels – emission of CO2 may be lowered even further. Burning bio-mass based fuels merely releases the same amount of carbon as stored during the growth process of the plants. Therefore it is closed and controllable cycle.
